These terms apply when you use the AI Solutions 18 website or submit an automation-audit request. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship or require either party to purchase or provide services.

Website purpose

The website describes AI integration, workflow automation, and business-efficiency services. Examples, interface previews, and displayed metrics are illustrative unless a written service agreement states otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or attempt unauthorized access to connected systems.

Service engagements

Any paid project, production integration, automated external action, pricing, timeline, ownership term, or support commitment must be documented separately. Production automations are not enabled without explicit approval.

No guaranteed outcomes

Automation can reduce repetitive work, but business results depend on data quality, market conditions, customer decisions, third-party systems, and human review. No revenue, time-savings, accuracy, conversion, or uptime result is guaranteed.

Third-party services

The website and related workflows may rely on services such as Vercel, n8n, Google, and other approved providers. Their availability and terms are outside the direct control of AI Solutions 18.

Intellectual property

The website’s branding, text, and original design are protected to the extent permitted by law. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables will be set out in the applicable written service agreement.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Solutions 18 disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website.

Changes
